Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CurlyCorn LLC (“we,” “Breath Worlds”) handles information when you use the Breath Worlds app for Apple Vision Pro and our website. We built Breath Worlds to need as little personal data as possible: there are no accounts— we don’t ask for your name, email, or password.

Information we process

• A random install identifier.When you first open the app we generate a random ID for your installation. We use it to track your credit balance and membership entitlements. It isn’t linked to your real-world identity.
• Your prompts. The text you type to generate a world is sent to our image generation providers (below) to create the image. The app selects its ambient soundscape on-device from bundled audio.
• A photo, only if you choose “inspired by your photo.”If you opt to base a world on one of your photos, that image is sent to our image provider to generate the result. We don’t use your photos for anything else.
• Purchase data from Apple. When you subscribe or buy a credit top-up, Apple gives us transaction identifiers so we can grant your credits and avoid double-granting. We never receive your payment-card details.
• App integrity.We may use Apple’s App Attest (a device-generated key identifier) to confirm requests come from a genuine, unmodified install and to prevent abuse.
• Technical logs. Standard server logs (timestamps, errors, coarse usage) used to keep the Service reliable and to detect abuse.

Third-party processors

To deliver the Service, the data above is processed by the following providers. We share only what each needs to do its job, and we do not sell your data.

• Apple Inc. — App Store distribution, in-app purchases and subscriptions, and App Store server notifications.
• Runware — generates your 360° world from your prompt, using third-party image models including OpenAI’s GPT Image. For the “inspired by your photo” feature, the photo you provide is also processed this way to produce the result.
• fal.ai — the generated world image is sent to fal.ai to be upscaled to a higher resolution for the immersive view.
• Vercel — hosts our website and API and processes the resulting requests and logs.
• MongoDB — stores your install record (credit balance and entitlements).

Ambient soundscapes and guided-meditation voices are bundled in the app, so no recording or data about you is sent for audio.

Retention

We keep your install record while your installation is active so your credits and membership work across launches. Prompts and photos are processed to generate your world and are not retained by us longer than needed to provide the result; our providers may cache content transiently under their own policies.

Your choices

Using the “inspired by your photo” feature is always optional. You can stop all processing by deleting the app. To request deletion of your install record, contact us at the address below with your situation.

Children

Breath Worlds is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

International processing

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than where you live.
